Can a realtor really do this?

Theres a house that the homeowners where selling before it got foreclosed with a reality company, well no one bought it and then the new bank got a new realty company to sell it and the new realty Company has removed items from the house ie: wood stove, light fixtures.. I made an offer for this property when these items where there i just went by it today and noticed this. the house is lock with their key and it is no off the market so no one is showing it. the original realtor told me that the new realty company was asking about some of these items a week ago. what can i do or say and to whom do i report this to?
* it is OFF the market
Yes, I have made an offer and awaiting a response from the bank.. the house has been removed from the listing. and yes the contract says excepts house as is with a list of appliances, etc. there is alot of random junk in the house and the realtor called and ask if we wanted the house with all the stuff there and we said yes. It sems they came in and took all the good stuff and left all the junk and trash there…
So the question goes if your a realtor you can help yourself to items in a house? that seems illegal to me,
Unless you noted these items in your offer, then I’m afraid they are gone. There isn’t much you can do with proof that they were there.

It’s off the market because you’re buying it, or why?
If it’s not because you’re buying it, have an accepted contract, it is really irrelevant, none of your business. If you have an accepted offer, you need to read it carefully, and see if those items were listed on your contract. If they’re NOT, you’re out of luck. If they are, get your attorney or realtor to speak to seller/lender about the issues. Probably can’t get them back but can discount price by the value.
Read the contract. Consult with your attorney.
Can a realtor do what? Most likely former owner removed items, but there are unscrupulous realtors out there. The listing agent is the party to whom you report it. When the keybox is used, there is a record of who entered.
