More Florida Commercial Real Estate Collapse Empty Vacant Office Space
Posted on March 11th, 2010 by admin
Need to lease any office space? There is more and more available in Florida and other places around the country. If this continues many more companies will be out of business and bankrupt. I’ve heard over 150K businesses went bust last year.

Thats a perspective, I say worthwhile US treasury bonds, and you say the opposite. But ultimately, you and I have a choice to compete for the profit with other US currency stashed nations, especially oil producing nations.

I am basing my …
I am basing my assumption on all economic forecast. Things can only go up as of the fall, foreclosure slid may go a little bit longer, say another three to six months more. Soon, you will see Chinese firms acquiring most of the foreclosed homes and bring them back to market with one and half to double the rate they pay for with a significant profit to their investment. If you have some money saved, this is the time to compete for near future profit.

@ LetItFloat – - Normal, oh really. You are the first to say this, so I’ll give you all the credit when it happens. I’ve seen rents come down about 15-20%. Nothing (commercial real estate) has came close to a 50% price cut and it all remains empty. I did notice a bank has recently purchased a outparcel pad for 1.25M. Check out my other videos. I plan on revisiting these places and giving updates so stay tuned. Thanks for watching.
