The UCC has only been around since 1952, only applies to commercial entities, and only deals with businesses within the USA. The fact is- every state has the right to alter it. So much for being uniform, Louisiana even uses some of it’s civil law instead.
If you quote the UCC thinking you are protecting “God-given” rights, you are being foolish. Do your research!!

This guy is really overstating the UCC. The Basel conventions have much more international credibility than the UCC. Linking it to Rome is overstated too. It may have originated there but European feudalism was what it was precisely because there was no Int accords bringing togoether warring landlords, states had little powers of enforcement until almost 1000 years after rome fell.
