how do people get so rich?
Posted on April 3rd, 2010 by admin
today i was at my cousines house and i was so amazed…they are a new married couple (3 years), they have an almost 1 year old baby. the guys parents r realestate agents, and he is one too and he also has his own business (i think hes like an architect or some sort of house designer) and his wife is a high school teacher (religion) her parents arent that rich i dont know what they do but i know they arent rich AT ALL (from what my parents say)
yet somehow this young married couple JUST bought a 1.5 MILLION dollar home… they have the nicest clothes for themselves and their baby and they always pay their bills on time and always offer to pay whenever we go oout and always get the nicest gifts for us. they never won the lottery and everyone knowws them as the nicest people ever so i know they dont like scam or stuff. they also go on vacation like 3 times a year to the carrieban and europe. HOW DO PEOPLE WHO DONT HAVE THAT GREAT JOBS GET SOOOO MUCH MONEY?
lastsliceofpizza- im pretty sure they are
they have a 1.5 million dollar home, they are only 3 years married, the mom doesnt even work now, they have a baby, they wear expensive clothes, they have 2 really amazing new cars (i thinks ones like a bmw or jaguar or something idk but its really nice) they also go on like 3 vacations every year to 5 star hotels
Read the book "The Millionaire Next Door", to me it sounds like they are probably not rich at all. But they are overvaluing status items. Read the book and you’ll understand there is a difference between status items & wealth.

Learn how to make your own TV Infomercial with little or no money and possibly make millions of dollars and become famous, just like the TV Infomercials you see on TV Today, Real Estate Courses, Jeff Paul, Juice Man and More…
http://www.koolik.com In this episode of Real Estate Today with Elliot Koolik of Koolik Group Realty, we will join Lisa Pacillo, President of All Risk Insurance Group and licensed insurance broker, in deciding how to choose the best homeowners insurance policy in Florida. Lisa will explain Citizens homeowners insurance in Florida and how it compares to private insurance companies. Citizens homeowners insurance can not deny anyone in Florida but is largely a last resort insurer. Independent agents and brokers can offer more options if you are purchasing a home or changing insurance companies because of dropped coverage or increased premiums. Premiums can be reduced by increasing deductibles. For damages caused by anything other than a hurricane, such as a pipe breaking or roof collapse, there is the all other peril deductible, which can be set at $500, $1,000 or $2,500. Hurricane deductibles are set at 2%, 5% and 10% of the dwelling amount. There are also discounts available for homes with storm shutters, roof mitigation certificates, alarm systems, homes in gated communities and condos with central sprinkler systems.
