Good evening everyone, I am a college student, and was looking for a part time job on craigslist, when I found a office assistant job… I sent in my resume and about 2 hours later got a reply. Can someone read it carefully? Does it sounds like a legit job? Im very cautious about things like this and would like someone elses input on it, and also what exactly is the job??? thanks in advance MUCH appreciated

I am looking for someone who can handle my personal and business errands at his/her spare time.
Someone who can offer me these services: Mail services:
Receive my mails and drop them off at UPS(nothing illegal)Shop for Gifts Bill payment ( pay my bills on my behalf)Sit for delivery( at your home) or pick items up atnearby post office at your convenience.
Let me know if you will be able to offer me any/all of these services. Where are you located? I would love to meet up with you to talk about this job but I amcurrently away on business. I am in Australia so there will be no interview.
I will prepay you in advance to do my shopping. I will also have my mails and packages forwarded to your address. If you will be unable to stay at your house toget my mails, I can have it shipped to a post office near you and then you can pick it up at your convenience.

If you don’t mind, I will meet up with you when I return and then we can talk about the possibility of making this long term. Well, let me know if you are able to handle the position.
Hope to hear I will email you the list and pictures of what to shop for when I am ready. No heavy packages is involved! You can do the shopping at any nearest stores.
You will be shopping for Electronics and clothing’s.
I will provide you my personal UPS account number for Shipping.
All you have to do is provide my account number to UPS and shipping charges will be applied into the account.
I will provide clear set of instructions for each task I need done as well the funds to cover them.
If I were to mail you money to do my shopping plus upfront payment for your service, where would you want it mailed to? How should your name appear on the money?
Maybe you can provide me with the following details below
I sent my resume :/ which contains my address…. am I in danger?? Im worried about that

Run from this potential employer. It’s a drop shipper scam. You will possibly be exporting illegal goods or be sent a fake check/money order to cover your shipping expenses which you have paid for out of pocket. Visit USPIS.com (Postal Inspection Service) for more information on these scams.

What does checking references and pay / salary mean when renting?

Posted on October 10th, 2010 by admin

My partner and i are trying to rent a place for the first time. We put our applications in yesterday and today someone from the realestate rang my work and was asking about my pay and how long i have been employed for. Is this a good sign? Does this mean that i have possibly got the place? Any ifor would be great. Thanks.

Yes it is a good sign, the calls are usually a PIA and put off unless they are clsoe to the last thing to do.

bought a home which realestate agent and all papers state as placed in 1996?

Posted on October 7th, 2010 by admin

we were told it was stick built, today at the assessors office we find out its been placed in 1992, placed? we were told it was stick built? what can we do, its not energy efficennt like we believed a home in 1996 would be, we have done aton of work to this property, what can we expect? called attorney, is he good?

Did you get an appraisal and a building inspection? If you did, they would have easily discovered it.

If you didn’t, then that’s your fault.

Contracts don’t require that type of disclosure if the house was moved from another location.

Technically, it WAS stick built…just not where it is now.

Real Estate Short Sale Video Course

Real Estate Short Sale Video Course http://7SECONDLEADS.INFO Let’s get right to the point! Homeowners and Mortgage Lenders desperately need the help of well-trained competent real estate agents that are knowledgeable about Real Estate Short Sale marketing to help theCountry pull out of this financial mess. As Realtors and Investors there are tremendous opportunities in Real Estate Short Sale marketing to help people and families that are facing the devastation of being in foreclosure and facing short sale. While helping people improve their lives and avoid the stigma of foreclosure you will have the potential to substantially increase your income and separate from other non-performing agents by getting this Real Estate Short Sale knowledge. Get this video course today! WARNING: The information shown below may be a bit controversial for some Realtors and Investors. It may even be a little upsetting to a few misguided, untrained, inexperienced agents who’ve been have settled into a rut of just accepting their current financial situation and the state of the market as the reason they are not earning higher commissions. You are about to learn how true real estate professionals are making huge commissions on Short Sales! The forecasts are indisputable…the proof is endless…we’re not even…yet with all of this data and warning, most real estate agents did not prepare themselves as experts in an ever increasing niche with a HUGE demand for specialization. Why?

Could you imagine going to a doctor for a check up and the doctor not being in a position to help you? Worse yet, could you imagine being real sick and going to a doctor and his office telling you that the doctor doesn’t see sick patients? Sound far fetched? Really?

Well imagine being a homeowner in foreclosure, calling a real estate “professional” and finding out that they really have no way to help them or worse yet, having NO INTEREST in helping them because…it’s too much work?

Well, I don’t have to tell you that this is very true. In fact, you may be one of those agents who is not able to seize the opportunities in the Short Sale niche because you are untrained and inexperienced.

So lets fast forward to today. Unless you have been living under a rock you by now know that banks are failing, they are short on cash, and the United States Government is spending our money to bailout failed lenders and is preparing to buy toxic loans to the tune of..$700 Billion Dollars! Still think this is just a passing fad? Think that Short Sales are not here to stay? Still think you can get by without knowing how to correctly execute a Short Sale?

Wrong! The conventional housing market is an unprecedented free-fall! If you are sitting around waiting for the housing market to normalize then you might as well quit the business.

how do people get so rich?

Posted on April 3rd, 2010 by admin

today i was at my cousines house and i was so amazed…they are a new married couple (3 years), they have an almost 1 year old baby. the guys parents r realestate agents, and he is one too and he also has his own business (i think hes like an architect or some sort of house designer) and his wife is a high school teacher (religion) her parents arent that rich i dont know what they do but i know they arent rich AT ALL (from what my parents say)

yet somehow this young married couple JUST bought a 1.5 MILLION dollar home… they have the nicest clothes for themselves and their baby and they always pay their bills on time and always offer to pay whenever we go oout and always get the nicest gifts for us. they never won the lottery and everyone knowws them as the nicest people ever so i know they dont like scam or stuff. they also go on vacation like 3 times a year to the carrieban and europe. HOW DO PEOPLE WHO DONT HAVE THAT GREAT JOBS GET SOOOO MUCH MONEY?
lastsliceofpizza- im pretty sure they are
they have a 1.5 million dollar home, they are only 3 years married, the mom doesnt even work now, they have a baby, they wear expensive clothes, they have 2 really amazing new cars (i thinks ones like a bmw or jaguar or something idk but its really nice) they also go on like 3 vacations every year to 5 star hotels

Read the book "The Millionaire Next Door", to me it sounds like they are probably not rich at all. But they are overvaluing status items. Read the book and you’ll understand there is a difference between status items & wealth.
