It’s actually very interesting. You get to meet all sorts of interesting people and see a lot of different properties.

I can be both satisfying and frustrating. Sometimes, you can have long periods of not doing anything and other times your working with several clients at once.

This is fine and good. But.. yes BUT! In order to own in the Philippines, YOU MUST be a citizen or have incorporated there.

So are you offering rentals?

I am especially interested in homes in Orange County but I would not mind Calabasas, Santa Monica and Santa Barbara either or anywhere close to these areas…
