Orange County Real Estates, I Need the Price Range for Houses in there?

Posted on December 2nd, 2010 by admin

I was just wondering, whats the price range for the houses in orange county…..? Like for example house in orange county range from 1million to 15 million. Like can you give me the rounded number? Please Thanks!

Go to Yahoo Real Estate and type in an Orange County Zip Code and check out what the going rate is for houses for sale, foreclosures, etc.

Zillow.com can also provide you with house prices by neighborhood, etc.

P.S. Orange Co. is one of the hardest hit counties in the decline of house prices….

How can I find private lenders for real estates deals in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada?

Posted on November 29th, 2010 by admin

I have bought a few houses already in order to fix them and flip them but I would like to do more since the foreclosure market is good right now but need more resources. I would offer a very good ROI to any private lender getting involve with me but have idea how to find them.

I know many real estate investors who have had good success placing classified ads in the Investment section of newspapers. I would also try Craigslist and BackPage.

after i die. but my real estates was left behind my dad to me without any testament, and my brothers control those real estates ,how i waive my legal share to a helping corporation. ?they would get my legal share?

the best option is to sell out to them and put the money in your pocket then after you pass it will be a cash donation but as you get older you will need the money,.. do not waive any thing think ahead or give it to me i could use it for a church..mesoeasy@yahoo.com

How to become someone who does up floorplans on existing houses for real estates?

Posted on October 29th, 2010 by admin

Do they just use there laser measuring tape & write down the dimensions of each room? Than add it into the computer, is it that easy? Do you need any formal qualifications? I live in South Australia & want to start do this for real estate agencies as I’m currently an agent & use them all the time.

Its not a specific job – it is just a small part of what an estate agent does. It takes a couple of minutes while you are doing the evaluation and then you put it all on the computer.

What’s the meaning of "third party approval" in real estates? Short sale?

Posted on April 17th, 2010 by admin

Typically, when you buy a home, you negotiate the price and terms with the owners.

In a short sale, the bank is taking a loss because the sale price is smaller than the loan. The owner does not have a final say because they do not have the resources to fully satisfy the loan. So, in those cases, the lender, a 3rd party, has to approve the sales price.

So, when they say the sale is subject to 3rd party approval they mean it is subject to bank approval on price.

That is exactly what it means.

Is there money to be made in Real Estate Investing in this market?

Posted on April 11th, 2010 by admin

I have a few rental properties that I purchased a few years ago, but I’d like to take a step up in investing. I have my Real Estates License, and have been a Loan Officer for close to five years now. With the market as bad as it is, I’d like to use this time to pursue other ventures. My goal is to become a full time Real Estate Investor. Does anyone have any suggestions on the best place to start? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Your best bet are duplexes for rent or buying a house that needs a lot of cosmetic repairs. You just need to make sure you have enough money to pay the mortgage until it sells. The "real investors" purchase now and hold on until the market is high. Buy low, sell high pertains to real estate investor too. A real investor does not buy high and sell a little higher.
